How Balanced Is Your Plan?
by Carol Marak, a Solo Ager
If trying to maintain balance and ease in your solo life makes you feel like a tightrope walker, you're not alone. Most of us have so many concerns about growing older and living on our own, life can feel like a three-ring circus.
Answer this list of questions to see how well you are meeting responsibilities, finding solutions to mitigate the increasing concerns while also recognizing and fulfilling personal needs and wants.
Remember, when it comes to finding peace of mind and living with balance and ease, your plans and strategies for navigating the complexities of aging must hit the sweet spot - which means, you need to be able to discover an outcome story (life plan) that meets your primary needs and preferences.
The more you can determine your objectives, the more realistic you can make the outcome story.
